This will list all of the challenges for the Mentors
Do one of the following:
* 30 push-ups every day for 30 consecutive days.
* 100 day push-up challenge
** Day 1 = 1 Push-up
** Day 2 = 2 Push-ups
...
** Day 99 = 99 Push-ups
** Day 100 = 100 Push-ups
NOTE: Each days total can be done in more than one set.
Do one of the following:
* 1 mile swim
** 32 Olympic pool lengths - from one end to the other
* 6 mile run/walk
* 25 mile bike ride
Safety - Involve an adult in safety planning. It is a good idea to do this with a friend or family member. If swimming in open water, a boat needs to be right next to you the whole time.
